Chef Thompson lead a cooking class to prepare: Jasmin rice, braised lemongrass chicken & ginger, garlic string beans and spinach broth.
Then participants learned to make mango tarts with white chocolate whipped ganache with Chef Rochelle Williams.
We prepared enough food to take a meal home, as well as share with A Better Tent City residents (Community Kitchen Co-op KW will deliver the prepared meals to ABTC).
