Mandazi:
4 Cups All purpose white flour / 566 gms

½ teaspoon ground cardamom
1 cup sugar /200gms
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 coconut milk (can be substituted with warm milk)
1 tbl canola/veg oil (optional)
Pilau:
For the broth:
